Maple Leaf Ready Crisp Bacon - Food Handling

Heating Instructions:

Remove bacon from inner pouch before heating. Heating times may vary depending on desired degree of crispness.

Microwave: Place bacon slices on a microwave-safe plate, lined with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH. Heating times may vary according to oven wattage.

1 slice - 5 to 10 seconds
2 slices - 10 to 15 seconds
4 slices - 15 to 20 seconds
14 slices (full pack) - roll slices in paper towel and microwave for 40 to 50 seconds

Pan Fry: Place bacon slices in preheated non-stick frying pan. Fry at medium-high for 10 to 15 seconds per side.
Broil:Preheat broiler. Place slices on baking sheet and broil for 1 to 2 minutes per side.

Storage Instructions:

Ready Crisp Precooked Bacon Slices are fully cooked and vacuum sealed in a pouch. Unopened, it can be stored at room temperature (below 29°C/85°F), refrigerated or frozen. After opening the pouch, refrigerate and use within 14 days.
