Ken Campbell

Ken Campbell is Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at Maple Leaf Foods Inc.

Mr. Campbell is responsible for driving best practices across all of Maple Leaf Foods’ businesses. He leads the Manufacturing Leadership Council and works with the functional leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring that Maple Leaf Foods achieves excellence in manufacturing.

Mr. Campbell has direct experience across major supply chain functions including Procurement, Supply Planning, Manufacturing and Distribution, as well as Engineering and capital projects.

Prior to joining Maple Leaf, Mr. Campbell was Chief Supply Chain Officer for Molson Canada for six years, where he led a significant manufacturing transformation and integration initiative. From 1987-2003 he worked for the H.J. Heinz organization in a variety of roles, including General Manager, Operations for Heinz Canada, and Vice President, Procurement for Heinz North America. Mr. Campbell has also worked in engineering and environmental roles at Chrysler Canada, International Harvester and Hiram Walker & Sons.
